Walk With Me

In this video, I am going to share with you 10 health benefits of walking. Walking is important as it relates to implementing physical activity in your overall wellness routine.  Walking does not have to be something that requires a lot of preparation. There are so many opportunities to walk such as parking your car away from your destination so that you can accumulate some extra steps or taking the stairs instead of the escalator or elevator. I even walk in my home "on purpose." What I do is, put on some energetic music and walk repeatedly to the beat. Don't forget to grab your mobile phone so that you can count those steps.

 

As we mature, it is very important to take time out to move and to exercise. I hope you enjoy the video!
