HOW TO USE A WALL TO TONE ABS, BUTT, THIGHS, ARMS~NO EQUIPMENT~EASY TO FOLLOW~FULL BODY WORKOUT~

Hello Positive People!


I completely understand, not everyone has the desire to frequent a gym. In fact, there are many who many not want to visit a gym...period! I get it. However, that should not stop you from routinely engaging in movement...and working out. The overall goal with my exercise programs are to inspire you to workout no matter your location...especially if your desire is to workout from the convenience of your home.


There are so many unique and fun ways to work out at home, ways to tone, to implement cardio activity, to stretch and more...yes...in your home. In the video below, I devised a workout routine utilizing a wall...yes a wall! In the video the only thing you have to do is, put on something comfortable so that you can move, go near a wall, play the video and work out with me. The goal is to not only tone up your body but to do it at your own pace and more important to have fun doing it. Remember to do it often and be sure to let me know when you start seeing results! So let's get moving...especially those of us over the age of 40!
