In this fitness video especially for fabulous women over 50 and beginners, I will show you a few essential and powerful moves to improve flexibility and strength. These moves will help you on the journey to working out. Simply do the moves with me and do them often (at least 4 times per week).
The first move is the standing ab crunch. The standing crunch is a full-body workout that activates muscles in the lower and upper body, including the glutes, abdominal muscles, and your entire core.
The second move is the Russian twist. The Russian twist is an effective way to build your core and shoulders.
The final move is the side crunch. This move targets the external and internal obliques and strengthens the side ab wall. This exercise helps to sculpt the waist, giving you a more shapely body.
