Hello Positive People!
Working out from home does not have to be boring. In fact, it can be fun. Just think, you can get in shape, stay in shape...right from the convenience of your home. I created the chair routine and in my opinion, it is, the best 15 minute chair workout including a warm up and a cool down period.
Of course, "we" will work out together...yes, consider me your workout partner! So, if you're over the age of 40 (although everyone is welcome), let's get moving!
