Hello Positive People!
I'm back again with another workout routine. I created this workout to hep you on your journey to better health. In this 10 minute (but impactful) video, "we" are going to work out together. We are going to do a fun, easy to follow cardio, step workout from home. After completion, you will have 1300 steps! Of course, repeat the video to gain more steps.
